Senior Clinical Research Coordinator
Amanda Yang is a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at UCSF/ZSFG. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Chico, before advancing to obtain a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. As a registered dietitian, Amanda seamlessly integrates her academic background into her role, overseeing Dr. Khalili’s active studies. She also contributes in the Investigator Development Unit for the Health Equity Action Network. Beyond her professional pursuits, Amanda finds joy in crafting sourdough bread and foraging wild edible plants.
