Julio Avalos

Julio Avalos graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Movement Sciences. Currently collaborating with Dr. Khalili on SAMARA and CLDU studies in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Clinic, Julio’s research pursuits intersect with his passion for understanding human physiology. Beyond academia, Julio finds fulfillment in various sports and outdoor activities, including basketball, soccer, running, hiking, and camping. These pursuits complement his academic endeavors, fostering a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.
